Duraflex™ UHPC Micro Steel Fibers transform UHPC into a ductile, high-performance composite by adding the tensile capacity and crack control needed for structural reliability.
These short, high-tensile fibers (2,500–2,850 MPa) with diameters of 0.16–0.3 mm and lengths of 6–14 mm create a multi-directional reinforcement network. Brass/copper coatings enhance bonding and corrosion resistance.
By dispersing throughout the matrix, the fibers provide the ductility, toughness, and crack bridging needed to unlock UHPC’s full strength in real-world structural applications.
